I am a Licensed psychologist and my mission in life is to help people on their journey and to help them to overcome any trauma, set back or challenges that they have. I truly believe that people are the experts of their own lives and I work from a strengths based and solution focused approach to help my clients to work towards their goals.
My therapeutic style is authentic, warm, and down-to-earth and I believe in creating a safe space for everyone. I use an eclectic approach with my clients but I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing therapy (EMDR) and so I tend to utilize this approach along with other therapeutic modalities such as, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational interviewing and adjust as needed.
I understand both professionally and personally how scary it can be to seek out professional help. But I also know how life changing it can be. Getting therapy is a courageous step but I have faith that together we can work to help you to meet your goals and live a meaningful and wholesome life.

Hello! I’m a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate who helps couples, families, and individuals find healing, understanding, and renewed connection through life’s challenges. My work centers around three key areas of focus:
Couples Counseling & Communication
I help couples strengthen emotional connection, rebuild trust, and improve communication through evidence-based approaches that foster empathy, teamwork, and lasting intimacy. Whether partners are navigating conflict, disconnection, or major life transitions, I create a safe and supportive space where both voices can be heard and healing can begin.
Play Therapy for Children (Ages 3+) & Family System Parenting Sessions
With specialized certification and training in Play Therapy, I work with children to express emotions, build coping skills, and develop confidence through the language of play. I integrate these sessions with family system–based parenting work, equipping caregivers with practical tools that nurture emotional safety, structure, and connection at home.
Faith-Integrated Christian Counseling
For individuals seeking to integrate their Christian faith into therapy, I offer a space where spiritual and emotional growth go hand in hand. Together, we explore life’s challenges through both clinical insight and biblical truth, allowing faith to be a source of strength, healing, and renewal.
My approach is strengths-based, solution-focused, and relational, grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy. Above all, I strive to provide a safe and grace-filled environment where growth, restoration, and hope can flourish.

Hello! My name is Jessica Johnson-Hewitt, and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Houston and my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, specializing in crisis and trauma, from Walden University.
Before becoming a counselor, I spent many years as an educator. I hold Texas teaching certifications in Special Education (early childhood–12th grade), General Education (early childhood–4th grade), and English as a Second Language (early childhood–6th grade). In 2019, I transitioned fully into the mental health field after serving as a Special Education Administrator. My journey has given me the privilege of working directly with children, teens, adults, and families facing life’s challenges and mental health struggles.
My personal experiences overcoming trauma inspired me to pursue this career path. Reframing my own story and using both my personal and professional experiences to support others fuels my passion for mental health advocacy. My goal is to partner with you in your journey to break down barriers, improve your quality of life, and work toward a state of mental wellness.
I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, valued, and supported. My counseling approach integrates person-centered therapy with techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), always maintaining a trauma-informed perspective when needed. I believe you are the expert on your life, and together, we’ll develop a personalized treatment plan. Through this process, you’ll gain the tools, skills, and strategies to navigate life confidently and with resilience.
Let’s work together to help you achieve your goals and build the fulfilling life you deserve.

I am a Professional Psychometrist committed to providing specialized evaluations and care for children, adolescents, and adults. I earned my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology and a master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University.
As part of my doctoral training, I completed a clinical practicum focused on the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of individuals across the lifespan. I also completed a full-time, one-year internship, where I concentrated on psychoeducational and psychological assessments, as well as behavioral consultation and life coaching.
Currently, I specialize in conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations under the supervision of Dr. Rebecca's team for individuals of all ages. I assess a wide range of concerns, including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), mood disorders such as Bipolar Disorder, depression, anxiety, and other related conditions.
I am passionate about helping clients better understand the challenges that may be impacting their lives and guiding them toward interventions that best support their growth and well-being.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, my heart is fully in the work of helping people heal especially those carrying the heavy weight of childhood trauma. I believe we all deserve to feel safe, valued, and whole. My role is to create a space where you can take a breath, feel supported, and begin the journey of reconnecting with your true self.
One of my deepest passions is supporting children who have experienced trauma. I understand how early wounds can shape the way we see ourselves and the world and how much compassion, patience, and care it takes to begin healing. Whether I’m working with children directly or supporting families in learning how to show up for them, I bring a gentle, grounded presence into the therapy room, always prioritizing safety and trust.
My approach is rooted in empathy, honesty, and deep respect for the human experience. I want my clients—both young and old to feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. Healing is possible, and I walk alongside you every step of the way helping you move toward a life that feels more peaceful, purposeful, and fulfilling.
While I’ve studied therapy through the lens of Structural Family Therapy, DBT, CBT, and mindfulness, I adapt modalities to fit client needs. I also bring life experience to the room, because before becoming a therapist I earned an MBA and built a successful business. That part of my journey shaped how I understand resilience, relationships, and the courage it takes to grow through challenges.
As someone who truly believes in the strength and dignity within every person, I’d be honored to support you or your child as you work through your story, reconnect with yourself, and create the life you deserve.
You don’t have to do this alone—I’m here with you.

I know how heavy and uncertain the world can feel. That’s why I believe no one should have to carry their pain alone. I work with people facing grief, trauma, relationship struggles, anxiety, and depression, as well as those seeking support in the unique challenges of LGBTQ+ identity and belonging. As a biracial therapist, I also understand the “in-between” spaces that can come with multicultural identities and help clients navigate those experiences with empathy and care.
I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of St. Thomas, and my style is down-to-earth and collaborative. I often draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, and person-centered counseling. Blending practical tools with genuine connection. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy, so I adapt what I do to fit who you are, creating space for honesty, compassion, and growth at your pace.
What grounds me in this work is a reminder I come back to often: “Helping one person may not change the world, but it may change the world for that one person.” Holding on to that perspective reminds me that even in difficult times, small steps toward healing and connection matter. It’s a privilege to walk alongside clients in those moments and help them rediscover light in the dark.
