Frequently Asked Questions About Our Services

What are your rates?

Both in-person and online sessions are set between $180-$220 for 50-minute sessions (dependent on practitioner)

Can I bill directly to insurance?

Yes, we are in-network with some insurance providers and can do direct billing. Check with us and we will let you know which ones we are in-network with.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards and Zelle payments

What is your cancellation policy?

A 24 business hours notice is required, otherwise, there will be a charge of $120. The same charge is applied if you fail to attend your scheduled appointment.

For our groups and workshops, payment is due upon registration to secure and spot, and we do not issue refunds.

Text messaging when scheduling appointments

Although we may use text messaging for scheduling/billing, we will always ask for your permission first and we will not communicate clinical issues via text in accordance with Hippa. Please note - no mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
